How Does Credit Term Solution Work?

1. Log in to ElectGo (by invitation only)

  • The process begins with an invitation to access the ElectGo platform. Once invited, you can log in to their account on ElectGo, ensuring that only authorized businesses can utilize the credit term payment solution.

2. Browse ElectGo online

  • After logging in, users can browse the extensive range of products available on the ElectGo platform. This step allows you to explore and select the items you need for your business operations.

3. Add items to the cart and self-generate a quotation (if needed)

  • You can add the selected items to their shopping cart. If a quotation is needed, they can self-generate it directly from the cart. This feature provides flexibility and convenience in planning and budgeting for purchases.

4. Email confirmation sent to buyer & supplier team

  • Once the items are added to the cart and the quotation (if any) is generated, an email confirmation is sent to both the buyer and the supplier team. This step ensures that all parties are informed and can verify the order details before proceeding.

5. Check out with credit term and choose last-mile arrangements

  • In the final step, you can check out using the credit term payment option. You can also choose your preferred last-mile delivery arrangements, ensuring that the procurement process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
