Bagaimana cara melihat pesanan dan invoice saya?

 

Anda dapat melihat pesanan atau order Anda pada Lihat dan Lacak pesanan di sini. Setelah pesanan Anda diproses, Invoice, faktur pajak akan dikirimkan melalui email.

Jika ada masalah dengan pesanan Anda, silakan kirimkan pesan kepada kami.


Bagaimana cara melacak pesanan saya? 

 

Setelah pesanan dikirim, nomor resi dan detail kurir akan dikirim melalui email. Anda juga bisa melihat di halaman akun anda. Masuk ke akun Anda dan pergi ke bagian Lihat dan Lacak pesanan anda harus log in terlebih dahulu.

Metode pembayaran apa yang dapat saya gunakan? 

Anda dapat menggunakan semua kartu kredit, dan kartu debit bank / bank transfer. 


Apa yang harus saya lakukan jika pembayaran tidak diterima?

Silakan coba untuk me-refresh halaman dan coba lagi. Jika pembayaran masih belum diterima, harap verifikasi saldo akun Anda. Jika masih tidak dapat melakukan pembayaran, silakan kirimkan pesan kepada kami.


Dapatkah saya melakukan pengembalian dana (refund)?

Pengembalian pembayaran hanya berlaku jika ditemukan ada Cacat pabrik wajib sertakan dengan bukti video.

Di ElectGo terdapat 2 jenis akun:

a) Bisnis - Anda dapat membuat akun "Corporate". Akun ini anda dapat mengunduh penawaran  (self-generate quotation)

b) Pribadi - Anda dapat membuat akun "Personal".


Apakah pembuatan akun gratis? 

Ya, tidak ada biaya untuk pembuatan akun.


Bagaimana cara me-reset/mengganti kata sandi saya?

Jika Anda lupa kata sandi, Anda dapat dengan cepat meminta agar kata sandi Anda di-reset dengan klik link di sini.

What are the shipping options available?

There is a variety of courier services available for your preference. If you have your own forwarding service, you may feel free to proceed with it upon request on the cart out page.


Are there any standard delivery/shipping charges?

There are no standard shipping charges. The charges vary depending on destination, dimension, and weight of goods.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally. Overseas delivery fee is subjected to an extra charge.


How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

It depends on the availability of stock. Taking into consideration if the item is available in our warehouse or in our supplier warehouse locally. We are committed to providing quick processing and prompt delivery of goods as soon as possible.


Can I request Weekend delivery?

We don’t specifically offer Saturday / Sunday delivery.

How do I earn points?

There are many ways to earn points, such as making a purchase, registering for an account, writing a product review, writing a buying experience review, sending a referral, and newsletter signs up.


Do I need to create an account to be entitled to reward points?

Yes, you will need to have an account created in order to enjoy these reward points.


How can I redeem the reward points?

Yes, you can redeem the points upon check out.
Upon redemption, points will be deducted 100% from the total amount of your order (excluding postage and taxes). Do note that partial redemption is not allowed.


How long does it take for points to be credited to my account?

  • Completed Orders - Points will be given after completion of payment
  • Register an account - Points will be given immediately
  • Write a product or buying experience review - Points will be given after your reviews have been approved
  • Referral - Points will be given after the referee signs up for ElectGo’s account successfully


Is there an expiration date for the reward points?

Points will be expired yearly upon the date that the points have been credited.


Can I pay the shipping fee with reward points?

Payment of shipping fee through point redemption is not possible.


What happens if I do not receive my reward points?

Kindly contact us here and we will revert back to you.

Do I need to create an account to be entitled to the promotion code?

Yes, You will need to have an account to do so.


How should I input the promotion code?

You should use the promotion code at the checkout page. Please ensure that the discounted amount is reflected in the total before making payment. Promotion code cannot be used after completed order.


Am I allowed to stack the promotion codes?

Promocode cannot be used with other promocodes together.


Can I reuse the promotion code despite cancellation or return of product?

No, the promotion code is valid for the first time and it will not be reissued. We appreciate your kind understanding.


Is there an expiration date for the promotion codes?

Yes. It will be expired based on the campaign period.
